Antipasti

The begging of a perfect story

Charcuterie and cheese board

Sourcing uniquely tasty cheeses and cured meats. Pairing them with our house made breads and crackers. Accompanied by delicious jams and preserves. Finished with seasoned nuts and dried fruits. 

Crudité Board

Raw to lightly blanched vegetables displayed with hummus, ranch, and house made sauces that would entice all guest even the ones who clam in to be carnivorous.

Bruschetta crostini

Fresh mozzarella topped with our tomato basil bruschetta. That’s on top of a house made crostini. finished with a balsamic glaze. 

Prosciutto crostini

Quality prosciutto paired with delicious apricot preserves topped on our house made crostini. Finished with a balsamic glaze. 


Pasta Ripiena

Hand crafted filled pastas (ask about pairing sauces)

Cheese ravioli

Stuffed with 4 cheeses (ricotta, Parmesan, mozzarella, cream cheese) 

Tortellini

Stuffed with spinach and ricotta.

Cappelletti

Stuffed with mushroom and pancetta and covered red pepper bechamel sauce.

Minestrone Fagottini

Mirepoix Vegetables with garlic and herb cheese. 

Seafood Agnolotti

A choice of crab or lobster with a ricotta and cream cheese with hints of red pepper.

Cacio e Pepe

A classic, Pecco Romano cheese and fresh black pepper tossed with our housemade pasta. 

Spaghetti Bolognese

Fresh housemade spaghetti with our four hour slow cooked over and open pot bolognese. 

16 layer lasagna

Our slow cooked four hour over an open pot bolognese layered with a four cheese blend of ricotta, Parmesan, Pecco Romano, and mozzarella. With sheets of our housemade pasta.

Carbonara

Guanciale, eggs, pecorino romano cheese, black pepper, and our fresh housemade spaghetti.


No cream or bacon is used in the making of our carbonara.


Chef specials

Cannelloni alla Fiorentina

Savory beef and Italian sausage, seasoned with garlic and aromatic herbs, wrapped in delicate, house-made pasta tubes. Nestled between layers of rich, creamy ricotta and generously blanketed with melted mozzarella for the perfect indulgent bite.

Fettuccini ai chanterelle con salsa cremosa

Earthy richness of chanterelle mushrooms is elevated by a splash of fine white wine, creating a creamy, delectable base. This sumptuous sauce envelops al dente pasta.


Add on top with crispy pancetta.

Short rib ragu alla tagliatelle

Slow-braised short rib ragu, meticulously simmered for eight hours to achieve tender, melt-in-your-mouth perfection. This rich and hearty sauce envelops each bite, offering a depth of flavor that’s both comforting and indulgent

Pappardelle con Anatra e Crema di Porcini

Tender duck breast paired with the earthy depth of porcini mushrooms, all enveloped in a luxurious, velvety cream sauce


Finished with a sprinkle of Parmigiano-Reggiano and black pepper.

Tagliatelle al Filetto di Manzo con Crema al Marsala

Tender filet mignon, Marsala wine, and a silky cream sauce.

Add on shaved black truffles

We’re working between a very traditional recipe to more elevated recipe and will have results soon. stay tuned

$50 per person minimum for private meals and buffet. We offer action station at a different rate.
